EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

You may request an exchange or return within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

To start an exchange or return, please email us at info@podyh.com. We will provide return instructions after we receive your request.

Returns sent to the Seller’s address without prior return request/approval will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. Please ship the return within 14 days after delivery. Please send us the return tracking number to info@podyh.com — the tracking number is considered confirmation that the return has been shipped.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 calendar days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
