SHIPPING ACROSS UKRAINE
Shipping across Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta service. Shipment is made within 2-3 working days of purchase. Shipments are not made on weekends and state holidays. Upon sending the goods you will receive a TTN number to track the parcel. Shipping across Ukraine is free.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international orders, we ship via DHL Express or Nova Post (Nova Poshta Global), depending on the destination and delivery optimization. We select the carrier to ensure the most reliable delivery to your country.
- Delivery time 3-10 working days.
- Shipment is made within 2-3 working days of purchase.
- Shipping for orders below €250 costs €25.
- Shipping for orders above €250 is free.
Shipments are not made on weekends and state holidays. Shipping costs are included in the payment bill. Upon sending the goods you will receive a tracking number.
TAXES AND CUSTOMS
Prices do NOT include your country’s import duties, customs, and local sales taxes. You will be responsible for additional duties before delivery. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
