These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of products through the online store available at https://podyh.com/. For orders placed through the English/international version of the Website, the seller is PODYH OÜ (“Seller”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By placing and paying for an order, you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms should be read together with our Refund Policy and Delivery & Returns information available on the Website.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions and images accurately. Colors and appearance may vary depending on your device settings and screen.
We reserve the right to update product information, prices, and availability at any time.
3. ORDERS & PAYMENT
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability.
Orders are processed on full payment only. Payments are processed via our payment providers available at checkout. You must ensure that the billing and shipping information you provide is accurate and complete.
If an item is unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you to offer an alternative, a replacement, or a refund.
4. SHIPPING, FULFILLMENT & DELIVERY
Fulfillment location: Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from Ukraine, even when the Seller is PODYH OÜ (Estonia).
Ukraine shipping: via Nova Poshta (where applicable).
International shipping: via DHL Express (or another carrier shown at checkout).
Dispatch time is typically 2–3 business days after purchase (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our reasonable control.
Once the parcel is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer, subject to applicable law.
Tracking details will be provided once the order is shipped.
5. PRICES, TAXES, DUTIES & CUSTOMS
Prices shown on the Website do not include import duties, customs fees, or local taxes in the destination country, unless explicitly stated at checkout.
You are responsible for any additional charges imposed by your country and/or the carrier upon import and delivery. These charges are collected by the carrier and are outside our control.
6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund policy available at: https://podyh.com/policies/refund-policy
To request a return or exchange, please contact info@podyh.com and we will provide further instructions (including the return address). Returns shipped without prior request/approval may not be accepted.

All content on the Website (including images, text, design elements, graphics, and logos) is owned by or licensed to PODYH OÜ and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without prior written consent.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising from or related to your use of the Website or purchase of products.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.
